I also have noticed that Delta, as they are looking to emerge from bankrupcy, ssems have been infused with more service and spirit. I recently flew the DL shuttle and was impressed with the increased onboard friendliness.

Unpleasant flying experiences seem to be the rule rather than the exception these days so when you actually have a superlative experience it should be noted, right? With that in mind I'd like to commend the Delta team that looks after DL 30/31 to Moscow. The food was more than passable - my pasta dishes actually had substantial flavor and the salmon looked plump and not overcooked - but what really stood out was the friendly, professional service of the flight attendants. Greetings were enthusiastic and genuine, the cabin was thoroughly looked after and the overall impression was that a very professional team was running the show. I highly recommend this flight to anyone traveling to Moscow.
