Packing for executive travel isn't easy. You always want to look your best but you don't have a lot of time and room to carry your full wardrobe.
I have spent a lot of years packing for a well travelled executive. My experience has been to keep to the following rules:
Take two suites - one light and one dark.
Take enough shirts for each day that you will be away. Don't forget travel days.
Use ties, if you a man, and scarves, if your a women to make the suite look different each time that you wear it. Using different colors themes for each day helps this too.
Pack you underwear and socks in large plastic zip-lock bags. This way they are easy to find and don't get spread all over your luggage when you are in a rush.
Keep a laundry bag in one section of the bag for your dirty laundry. It keeps things tidy and you will appreciate it when you unpack and home and know what is soiled.
Keep toiletries to one bag. Use small travel size when possible. Toiletries are the last thing to pack and the first thing to unpack so keep it easy and have a special spot for it in your suit case. Remember that you can't take liquid stuff on the plane anymore so always carry your prescriptions on your person.

If you are traveling somewhere warm, take a more casual outfit to relax in. Going out for Mexican food in your suit is not as much fun!

Mark your suit case with something that makes it easy to tell that it's yours. I noticed that executive quite often have the same sturdy black bag and they all start to look the same after awhile. You can do this with a different color ID badge for example.

Print off a general map that shows how to get from the airport/train station to your hotel. Don't get taken for a ride :D

Finally, the best way to get upgrades is with travel points. Take the time to sign up and stay as loyal as you can to the company. Points pay off!
